The Wish to be Rebirthed.

A couple of weeks ago, I received this message from Asmita ( name changed) 29-year-old young woman—educated, well-earning, and a mother to a 2 year old daughter. Asmita expressed deep confusion and a sense of being stuck. Three years into her marriage, the onset of Covid disrupted her life. Moving to Mumbai, she found herself in lockdown, unable to explore the city or connect with anyone.

Within a year, Asmita became a mother and found solace in her daughter. However, she felt stuck in her marriage, where her husband seemed indifferent. When asked why she wanted to continue the relationship, she mentioned he is a good father, and breaking the marriage would devastate her father.

During therapy, as she delved into her feelings of being stuck, she regressed to a moment when she sensed her grandmother's intrusive presence at the age of 10. During inner child work, the session took a dramatic turn when she realized she was stuck in her grandmother's womb. This revelation indicated that her grandmother was her mother in a previous life, and her soul had chosen to re-enter this family to finish the experience. Further exploration uncovered that her father( this life's grandfather ) had decided for her abortion due to a messy family environment.

Contrary to the common belief that abortion concludes the life, her soul chose to reincarnate into the same family, completing the cycle of a chaotic family life and eventually getting married to a neutral husband. However, subconsciously, she kept comparing her current family to the environment of her parents family.

The session ended with a symbolic rebirth from the grandmother's womb, releasing energetic entanglements , retrieving her fragmented soul and the feeling of being stuck, bringing newfound awareness.

Upon opening her eyes, Asmita uttered, 'My husband is actually playing a catalyst role in my life.' She had rebirthed herself with a fresh perspective, ready for new beginnings.

Three weeks later she came to meet, my relationship with husband has changed and life is joyful. She felt light and free with glow on her face.
