Regression Therapy: Discovering Your Authentic Self

Regression Therapy helps cultivate the skill of being authentic and honest—first with oneself and then with others. When we courageously dive into the subconscious mind, we begin to encounter both our lighter and darker sides. The beliefs we hold today are often rooted in the conclusions drawn by our minds during past experiences. Over time, these beliefs shape our reality.

In our waking state, we operate primarily with just 10-12% of our conscious mind, which means that if we feel weak or vulnerable in certain situations or around specific people, the conscious mind instinctively pushes us to avoid such circumstances. However, unless we acknowledge and consciously address these patterns, breaking free from them becomes difficult.

When cognitive methods fail to resolve deeply ingrained issues, the next step is to explore the subconscious space to uncover the root cause. Often, unfulfilled promises, ancestral vows, or even absorbed resentments leave an energetic imprint on our DNA. These lingering energies can resist any amount of conscious effort, keeping us trapped in repetitive cycles.

Regression Therapy goes beyond visualization and affirmations. It works at a deeper level, identifying and resolving the hidden causes that hold us back. This process requires consistent effort, openness, and a willingness to invest time in self-exploration.

The deeper you go, the more aware you become. The more aware you become, the calmer you feel. The calmer you feel, the more you begin to live life in a state of flow.
